Listening to the radio this am, this title caught my attention. "don't hold back"and thought what a great title for my next blog. (always looking for inspiration)
If you HOLD BACK, this may happen:
- You begin to live a safe and complacent life
- You may find yourself regretting things you didn't do
- The person of your dreams just walked on by
- You begin sentences with '' if only...." and "I could have been..."
- You become an observer to life, and not an active participant
- You take no risks
- You smile less
- You turn down invitations to meet new people
- You loose self confidence
- You eat more junk food
- You get depressed and internalise way TOO MUCH
- You don't get noticed
- You feel like wallpaper in social situations
- You turn to drink/chocolate/solitude
- You wonder about how you can avoid certain situations
- You start disliking yourself
- You settle for second best, because it is better than being alone
- You hesitate
- You procrastinate too much
- and you suffer in silence!
