Today, I woke up with the news that a dear uncle passed away, in Norway. He was my godfather, and I had not seen him since I was 6 or 7 years old. A lifetime away, in my mind I always thought I would see him again, my parents visited him in Norway and he used to work on boats, a carefree lifestyle, lived alone and died alone. That is sad as he had family everywhere and in death, he is more popular, as now its about arranging his ashes to come back to his homeland, Chile.
I question why does he need to come back? He is now free to roam the seven seas and to extend himself to the next level, whatever that is.. I am sad, yet I wonder about his son in Norway, did he have a partner? so much we didn't know.
We are self absorbed into our own lives and in death, when a family member passes away we gather around and remember them. Well I plan on cruising to Norway one day with my husband and children and I will frequent his footsteps and feel close to him this way. If that was me, I would rather have my ashes scattered, on the Norwegian Seas.
Drink a toast in his honor and be grateful for being alive here today to smile and tell those important to me, how much I love them and to be present today! To smell the fresh moist leaves after a rain shower, to connect with the check-out girl next time I'm shopping, or simply do those little things that put a smile on my husbands' face.
When someone close dies, their energy just transforms, that is my belief system after all we are energy beings, and we choose to be bounded by our body temples. So with it do the THINGS you are passionate about, don't wait for another day, or next year, embrace change today and be happy for trying something new. You may just surprise yourself!
Come and talk to one of the Success Coaches, so you can finally begin to make a difference in your life!
I always loved you, mi querido tio Raul, may you rest in peace,

Overflow
Its a great wet day today, a much needed downpour, the plants are grateful and hopefully this will reach the catchment areas. We are in overflow with water, our scarce commodity, its a cleansing feeling, to wash away our thoughts of sadness, disappointment. It is good for the soul to feel refreshed and ready for the next day, obstacle, challenges before us. You see we got some sad news on Saturday, and normally a day like today I would feel more sad, however I am choosing it to mean a symbol of overflow, washing away our pain and feeling cleansed at the other end, very soothing indeed. So if you are feeling this way, or not sure what evokes sadness in you, come and talk to someone about it, we can truly be there for you when you need it most. Keep warm and think of happy thoughts..

Why are people Depressed?
I had a new client a few weeks ago, and she is a very successful business-woman, she appears to have it all, a thriving business, happy marriage, healthy, intelligent and on the surface all the wonderful attributes of someone truly successful. Then she said to me that she overwhelmed, not satisfied with herself, and suffers from depression. An indicator in her body was the fact that her throat charka was affected, and constantly had a sore throat. This is a communication issue as of one of my healer clients told me recently. There seems to be a far bit of discontentment out there with professionals, they have wonderful careers and what appears a great lifestyle and they are suffering from depression. WHY? i ask, its time for people to be grateful of that they have and get some perspective, to take some 'chill out' time for self and to 'slow down' a little, life is not a race, its a journey, a wonderful journey, being in the present. Enjoying the little things, as depression is anger turned inward, what is making people angry?
If you need support, come and speak to a person that is there for you, a Success Coach, we too have walked the path and we know how important it is to share and increase our awareness..

St Valentines Expensive Day!
Its that time of the year, where you see balloons, roses and chocolates, what for? Oh yeah my love life. Its like Christmas really over zealous marketing, telling us that its that time to buy her roses or get him something sexy. Maybe i am not the romantic type, but i see this as a major put-off, i sort of boycot it now.. as I am happily married and we simply celebrate this impromptu, much more fun I say? Does anybody have thoughts around this 14th Feb? I mean if we do dinner that night its double the price, if Thomas gets me roses its triple the usual price, and its not relative to the love we have, so why should the restaurants and florists capitalize on it this day? If you have any thoughts about it, come in to clickalifecoach and share..
