Authenticity

Today I was touched by the truth, my truth in any case as we all have our distinct versions of it and it is all perfect. No judgement just being REAL.

I was touched by the quality of conversations I had, real people and real stories to tell. And the common thread was being authentic to you. Listening what really makes your heart sing, and being open to making it happen. You see I met a fellow life coach, and she too is coming from the heart space. It was lovely to connect and share ideas very inspiring as we too are work in progress!

This may come to a surprise to a few people out there but Life Coaches have their 'stuff' going on too, and good coaches will be constantly working on it to improve, get over the obstacle, whatever it takes so we can help others on their journey. Many coaches have coaches too to help them grow and challenge them along the way. I have about 3 coaches who rally for me on a daily basis, and I love having them there, makes me want to improve and be a better coach for my clients.

Another conversation was with a shop owner, he was so real and down to earth, felt like I had known him for years and I said to him that his customer service skills were excellent and I can see why his customer base keeps growing. He is authentic, caring and passionate about organic products and services. He is willing to do whatever it takes to keep his standards, and I call that value!

To top of such a great day, I received an email from a Facebook contact and he was very open and humble about his life passions and asked some great questions about coaching and walking the talk! Again the authenticity feeling came back to me about what I am doing and the path I'm creating.

Powerful stuff intention and vibrating at the right level, it just comes back to you.
