I am inspired to write this today, as I find myself in a state of calmness, focus and total clarity. I remember a time when I was just sitting on the fence, watching the world go by and me just waiting for the next big thing in my life, I was just a spectator. It is like being in a fish bowl and you are the fish, can see what is out there but does not participate full out.
So what happened? Simply I jumped off the fence and took massive action towards my goals, I wanted so much and I still have some of those goals, nowadays they are closer to me as I thrive to take positive steps closer and learning more about myself in the process as I align my energy and my vibrations to what I need.
I made a commitment to myself to be healthy inside and out, to be the best I can be, to let others in and to share my joy and contribute. This is my mantra each day to be happy in every thing I do and when I am with others to listen and to be the best example by using positive empowering language and being totally present.
