There are so many different types of committment, to your partner, to your community, to your parents and most importantly to yourself.
What are you committed to? When you get committed you get tested, that is certain. So expect a few hurdles as they are just signposts to show you that you are getting closer to your goals. This weekend, as I hit one of these signposts, ouch as I recalled why I had embarked on this journey. And 4 years on, the 'pros' far outweight the 'cons' on my ageing list. So in my heart and in my body I have to continue, quitting is not an option. In fact, I am surprised at my reaction, very controlled and in tune to my natural rhythm, just a little bump on the road, is my only comment.
Committment makes you stronger and gives you passion, gives you the reason WHY you embarked on it in the first place, gives you the reason to get up in the mornings, well this is what it does for me.
Committment is a long road too, only you know HOW much it means to you, to have it and to know you are worthy of the prize.
Never loose sight of that prize.
I certainty won't!
