
The other day our yoga teacher spoke about maintaining our practice and if we are just in a holding pattern, like those airplanes that just fly around using fuel as they cannot land just yet, they are in a holding pattern. So I thought about my own practice and to be honest I was doing just that, maintaining my status quo and not pushing any further.
In life we also do this, not just in our exercise regime, we can easily just function on auto-pilot mode and ride the day. In fact you can just stay in this holding pattern and wait to be rescued. How many people do you know do just that?
I used to know a few, now as I am on the path of personal growth I only circulate with people who are challenging themselves and keep learning, this is my current environment and this is what I attract.
So honestly ask yourself if you are on a holding pattern? and I challenge you to do something about it!
